Das 80er Jahre Forum im Netz ... best of 80s

Hallo .. !

Die Überschrift sagt schon fast alles. Suche den Songtext von "Kepp On Smiling", wurde unter anderem von Tom Jones gesungen. Im Internet bin ich nicht fündig geworden.
Hat den vielleicht jemand ?

Ich kenn den Song. Tom Jones soll den gesungen haben? Wenn Du Dich da mal nicht versiehst...
Ich bin nicht mal sicher, ob es den überhaupt auf Englisch gibt.

Nachdem ich nun nochmals wegen des Interpreten gesucht hab, hab ich auch gleich den Text gefunden :-))) Ja, der hat das wirklich mal gesungen. Ist eigentlich gar nicht mal so unbekannt das Lied.

"Keep On Smiling" kenne ich nur von einem gewissen James Lloyd. Die deutsche Variante davon ist auf der EAMS Compilation 13 enthalten, die wesentlich bessere englische Version hab ich auf irgendeiner Billig-CD...

Das Teil hat schon fast was Kultiges - klingt wie Mucke aus der grottigen Serie "Love Boat"...

Nennt man diesen Musikstil eigentlich Calypso, oder wo würdet ihr das einordnen?

Ich oute mich mal - ich "böser Mensch" hab das Lied nur als MP3, [img]http://www.plaudersmilies.de/nono.gif[/img] da ich eigentlich nur den Text haben wollte. Laut der Datei ist das Lied von Tom Jones, zweifle aber langsam selbst dran. Kenne mich in dem Bereich Musik auch so gut wie garnicht aus.

Aaaalso, das Lied gibt es definitiv von Tom Jones. Ich kann zwar nicht sagen, von wann oder von welcher Platte, oder von wem das Original ist. Aber Du wolltest ja sowieso nur den Text. Hier isser:
