Doc, ich meinte schon eher Lieder, die einem an die Gefühle gehen und Gänsehaut verursachen, aber deine Auswahl lasse ich auch gelten

"Don't cry for me Argentina" in der Version von Julie Covington ist wirklich der Wahnsinn, ich habe es danach nie wieder von einer Sängerin gehört, die es dermaßen gefühlvoll rübergebracht hat, dass einem vor lauter Seligkeit die Tränen kamen.

Waschbär, genau, "Mama" passt auch sehr gut in die Liste. Ich musste allerdings ziemlich grinsen bei der Vorstellung, wie du Phil Collins' dreckige Lache nachmachst

"In the air tonight" scheint für mehrere eine Abfahrnummer zu sein. Lustig war's, als ich neulich im Auto fuhr und das Lied im Radio lief. Neben mir an der Ampel stand ein junger Mann, der plötzlich auf sein Lenkrad einschlug - im Takt des einsetzenden Schlagzeugsolos von "In the air tonight". Natürlich hat er dann auch mitgesungen, ich konnt's förmlich hören.

Da stimmt einfach alles - 100%ige Identifikation. Erzeugt bei mir immer Gänsehaut. Das ist auch das Lied, was ich immer ganz laut höre und singe, wenn's gerademal nicht so gut läuft. Falls Du es noch nicht kennst - schleunigst mal anhören!

da fallen mir 2 songs ein, bei denen ich mich immer wieder freue sie zu hören. dann auch am liebsten alleine, weil ich jedesmal ganz laut mitsingen muss. zum glück habe ich keine direkten nachbarn. meistens bleibt es auch nicht beim einmaligen hören.

@ babooshka - du hast ja "Budapest By Blimp" von Thomad Dolby aufgelistet - ein wirklich tolles Lied, das eine schöne Atmosphäre verbreitet !
am besten von ihm gefällt mir "Cloudburst at Shingle Street", von seiner ersten LP (aber nicht nur deswegen weil Lene bei dem Lied mitmacht !)

[im übrigen war ich mal in Budapest und war sehr begeistert, somit gewinnt das Lied für mich eine ganz neue Dimension !]

Alyosha, ich war erst in Budapest und habe dann das Lied kennen gelernt. Eindeutig, Thomas Dolby muss in Budapest gewesen sein und dieser wunderbaren Stadt dann dieses Lied gewidmet haben! Die Atmosphäre der Stadt wird in dem Lied schon sehr stark reflektiert, finde ich. "On the corners of the boulevard, I call your name, here and again they play our tune..."

Bei Stevie Nicks fällt mir noch ein, "Dreams" und "Sarah" von Fleetwood Mac passen auch noch ganz gut in meine Liste, vor allem ersteres.

ich mag STEVIE NICKS nicht nur wegen ihrer stimme sehr gerne. ich habe den titel stand back gewählt, weil mich der synthesizer-teppich, der sich durch das gesamte lied zieht, einfach immer wieder in seinen bann zieht. dieses lied würde ich auch als instrumental lieben.

ich kannte zuerst das Lied und war Jahre später erst in Budapest - an einem sonnigen März-Samstag !


mir fiel noch ein Gänsehaut-Song ein:

Die beiden Karat-Songs, oh wie wahr! Bei Schwanenkönig überkam's mich ja mal mitten in einem Einkaufszentrum. Meine Freundin wurde damals, Anfang der 80-er, mal von ihrer Mutter beim Hören von Albatros "erwischt"... die sie heftig schüttelte und panisch fragte, was sie für Drogen genommen hat

Welcome to the Pleasure Dome - genau, das gehört auch ganz oben in meine Aufzählung! Hu! Ha! Huha!

Manche Titel nehmen mich so mit, wenn ich die im Auto höre, muss ich rechts ranfahren Kennt ihr das?
