Mich würde mal interessieren, weshalb auf so vielen Compilations oftmals einfach ein guter - um nicht zu sagen - einer der größten Hits eines Interpretens / einer Band weggelassen wird.

Ist das WAS NOT WAS Album eigentlich ein Nice-Price-Album oder muß dafür voll gelöhnt werden? Bei den Nice-Price-Alben ist es nämlich ganz oft so, daß der beste oder beliebteste Song einfach fehlt. Dafür gibt's halt dann die CD zum reduzierten Preis.
