Gerade ist mir ein Lied wieder eingefallen und ich musste das sogleich runterladen:

Ein total süßes Stück, und dabei fiel mir wieder ein, was für guten Funk & Soul es in den 80-ern doch so gab.

Kennt ihr noch mehr empfehlenswerte Lieder in dem Stil wie die oben genannten, die unbedingt hörenswert sind, die aber vielleicht nicht so bekannt waren, weil sie nur in Clubs gespielt wurden? Ich würde mir so gerne eine 80s Funk & Soul Compilation zusammenstellen.

Und noch eine Frage, was für bekannte Hits haben eigentlich Whodini außer Haunted House of Rock hervorgebracht? Ich erinnere mich da nämlich ganz dunkel an ein Stück, zu dunkel, als dass ich es im Suchforum ausschreiben könnte. Ich nehme aber an, es ist von Whodini (da ganz und gar ihr Stil) und kam 1982 oder 83 raus.
